We are a family owned RV dealer looking for a Customer Experience Manager.
The main role of our chosen candidate will be to do walk-through orientations with the customers prior to pick up of their new RVs and coordinating their appointments for pick up, while ensuring any concerns they have on their units reach either their sales person or the service dept.
After gaining experience in this role, we would like our candidate to eventually handle more of the customer's experience to ensure it is as good as possible with more work hours.
NOTE: DURING COVID 19 DEMOS WILL BE PRIMARILY ONLINE THROUGH ZOOM, ON-SITE PRESENCE IS REQUIRED BUT OUR STAFF'S SAFETY IS PRIORITY.
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From $16.50 per hour

Locked door, frequent cleaning, appointment only, Zoom based demo, active screening of employees, passive and log book for clients.
