Job description:

Consolidate accounts payables, accounts receivables and payrolls

Manage and recorded company expenses

Prepare annual company accounts and reports

Prepare and processed documents to disburse funds and make deposits

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports

Maintain files, and computerized accounting databases

Knowledge with Quick Book and or Sage 50 to ensure all data is entered correctly

Scan and file all paper documents into office network

Receive and deposit cash and check payments as well as reconcile records and bank transactions

Maintain confidential information, such as pay rates and bank account numbers

Perform and coordinate the quarterly and annual statutory filing process

Prepare tax returns and coordinate paperwork for expenses

Accommodate all client needs in-person as well as via e-mail, fax and/or telephone

Maintain a safe, clean, and secure working environment

Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information

Respond to emails quickly as possible

Process end-of-day reports purchased office supplies, and perform many necessary office duties


Accounting and receptionist experience an asset

Must be bilingual in French and English

Must have grade 12, an Accountant/Office Administration course is an asset
